It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood

Spring is definitely in the air.

Got up, it was 58^oF, and slightly overcast. It was a perfect day to take Edie’s car to be repaired, at Earl Schieb’s in Bellflower, and then go for a bike ride afterwards.

Then around noon, the sun came out, and the temperature soared to around 75^oF. I went and hit some golf balls, then had a lesson, which assured me I am doing everything right, I just have to work on tempo and timing.

Once I get that under control, I’ll be ready to defend my title as the Long Beach Mens Senior Open Champion in May.
